 Why can't other participants hear or see me?

Allow access

When you create a session, you may be asked to access the camera, microphone, or screen. This permission is necessary for you to communicate with other participants. If you have not allowed the access, the browser will automatically block the access to these devices in the future.

To unblock them, do the following:


In the address bar, click the icon highlighted in the figure. For permissions, click on the cross icon to unblock.


In the address bar, click on the icon marked in the figure and select the option to allow the access. Then click on "Done".

 Which browsers can be used for Assistance?

Web-RTC compatible browser

Assistance can currently be used with the following browsers:
